For Viewers
Getting Started
- How do I create an account on Dekhore?
- Click the profile icon in the top-left corner of the homepage and select Sign in or Sign up.
- Sign in options:
- Use your Google or Apple account for quick sign-in.
- Use an email address — we will send a confirmation code to your email. Enter the code on Dekhore to activate your account.
- What type of content can I watch?
- Dekhore hosts: videos, movies, web series, vertical drama shows, live streams, live TV channels, and audio stories and music.
- Is all content free?
- Some content is free. Other content can be accessed through:
- Subscription plans
- Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases
- Coin-based unlocks (commonly used for micro/vertical drama episodes)
- Ad-supported free viewing (where creators monetize via ads)
Managing Your Account
- How do I manage profiles?
- Go to Account Settings → My Profile. You can create and manage up to five profiles. Set an optional PIN on a profile for parental control.
- Where can I see my transactions and coin balance?
- In Account Settings → Transactions you’ll see your coin balance, purchase history, and payment receipts.
- How do I manage subscriptions and devices?
- Manage Subscription: Visit Account Settings → Manage Account to view, purchase, or upgrade plans.
- Manage Devices: Visit Account Settings → Manage Devices to see devices connected to your account and remove any you no longer use. Device limits are enforced according to your subscription plan.
- How do I follow creators and get updates?
- Visit a creator’s channel and click Follow (or Subscribe) to receive notifications and updates about new uploads.
- How do I report a video?
- Click the Report option on the video player or video page and choose the reason (copyright, community guideline violation, or other). Our team will review reports. You will receive a confirmation once the report is submitted.
- How do I delete my account?
- Account deletion is available under Account Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account will remove your profile data — please read the deletion confirmation carefully before proceeding.
For Creators
Be a Channel Partner
- How do I apply to become a Channel Partner?
- Any registered user can apply via Account Settings → Channel Partner. Complete the application form and upload the requested documents.
- What happens after I apply?
- Our team reviews applications. If approved, you’ll receive access to the Creator Dashboard. If rejected, you’ll receive an email with the reason and next steps.
Creator Promise — Monetize from Day 1
- Once approved, creators can choose monetization settings and start earning as soon as their content is published. (Availability of specific monetization options may depend on content type and region.)
Uploading & Managing Content
- How do I upload a video?
- From your Creator Dashboard click Create Title and choose the content type (video For Normal Videos and movie, series, micro-series, etc.).
- You may upload from your device or from Google Drive and may upload multiple files in bulk when available.
- What information is required for a video?
- Video Info: Title, thumbnail, public/private toggle, language options.
- Promo: Optional promo/trailer and promotional thumbnail.
- About: Video Descriptions, Tags, keywords, genre, maturity rating, release date, cast & crew.
- Metadata: SEO fields to improve discoverability.
- What does 'processing' mean?
- After you click Start Processing, we convert your file into multiple formats so it plays smoothly on phones, tablets, and TVs.
- How do I publish a processed video?
- Once processing is complete and all data for the video is submitted, click Publish from your Dashboard to make the content available according to your chosen visibility and monetization settings.
Monetization Options
- Subscription-based: Earn from viewers who subscribe; creators receive a per-minute watch rate depending on plan and region.
- Ad-supported (Free with Ads): Creators earn a 60% revenue share of the ad revenue attributed to their content.
- Pay-Per-View (PPV): Set a PPV price; creators earn a 60% revenue share after fees.
- Coin-based (Micro-Dramas / Episodes): Set a coin price for episodes. Creators receive a 60% share based on the coin value.
- Can I restrict where my content is available?
- Yes — you can set geo-restrictions during upload based on the rights you hold.
- How are reported videos handled?
- Reported content is reviewed. If found in violation of policies, content may be removed without prior notice.
- How do I appeal a removal?
- Email copyright@dekhore.com with your appeal details. Appeals are reviewed; if successful, content may be reinstated.
Payments & Refunds
- How do coins work?
- Coins are Dekhore’s in-platform currency used to unlock paywalled micro content. Purchase coins from the Buy Coins section in the app or website.
- Are purchases refundable?
- Coins and PPV: Purchases are typically non-refundable unless there's a technical failure verified by our team or required by law. Contact support with your transaction details.
- Subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are handled per the subscription terms and applicable consumer laws.
- Technical failure or playback issues
- If you were charged but could not access purchased content due to a technical issue, contact support with the transaction ID and a short description. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit.
- Creator Payouts
- When do creators get paid? Recommended standard: pay-outs are processed monthly for the previous month’s earnings. Pay-outs are sent after accounting for reversals, taxes, and platform fees.
- Minimum pay-out & payment methods: Payments Will be Processed on Monthly Basis, Once Your Account Reaches Minimum Payment Thresh hold of Rs.3000/- (INR Three Thousand Only) – in Your Registered Bank Account Via Bank Transfer.
- What documentation is required? Creators must complete pay out setup in the dashboard and submit required KYC/tax documents per local regulations.
- How can I view my earnings? Visit Creator Dashboard → Earnings to view detailed breakdowns, pending balances, and past payouts.
Reporting & Appeals
- How do I report violations?
- Click Report on the video page (or use the reporting form in Help Centre) and include supporting details. For copyright takedowns, use copyright@dekhore.com.
- How long do reviews take?
- We aim to acknowledge reports quickly and will respond with next steps after investigation. Response times vary depending on the complexity of the report.
- Appeals process
- If your content is removed, you may submit an appeal to copyright@dekhore.com. Include the content ID and reason for appeal.

Legal & Terms
- Community Guidelines & Terms of Service: All users and creators must comply with Dekhore’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. These documents govern content ownership, takedowns, monetization policies, and dispute resolution.
- Final decisions: Final content moderation and suspension decisions remain at the discretion of Dekhore, subject to applicable law. If you disagree with a moderation decision, please use the appeals process outlined above.
